Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped from Austin, Texas within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During launch and limited drops, processing may take a few extra days. We'll email you if your order is delayed.

Shipping options and costs:

Standard shipping: Free on all US orders. Delivery in about 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.

Express shipping: $5.00. Delivery in about 1 to 2 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address issues: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email shop@projectrunaway.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
